My channel is all about trains from model trains to 1/1 scale trains. I love freight and passenger trains and basically anything that rides on rails or iron spaghetti as some call it. When I was real young my grandfather lived about a block away from Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor just on the northern outskirts of Philadelphia, PA. He passed away when I was 5 years old.
I will try at any opportunity to get pics and/or video footage of trains in action.

Running at Keystone N Trak 9/8/2024
Myself and 1 other member from Keystone N Trak had 3 trains running around the layout. The trains observed are early Amtrak and a military trains.

I wanted to run my new viewliner set, so on Sunday July 28 I went out to the club and ran a freight and two Amtrak train.
Chasing the Strasburg RR & Some Amtrak Trains.

Atlantic County 4H N Scale Weekend

The 9th annual N Scale model train show happened on the 20th and 21st of April 2024. This show had numerous operating layouts as well as hobby store owners packing up some model trains/supplies and selling to the public.
NS over CSX Trackage

Due to a derailment in the early morning hours of March 2, 2024 near Bethlehem, PA Norfolk Southern trains were detoured over the CSX Trenton Sub. This footage was taken in the late evening hours of March 2 and through the day of March 3.

Eastbound Action at Sully

Railfanning on the last day of 2023 brings 3 eastbound NS trains at CP Sully. I saw three trains in about a time span of about 6 hours. Unfortunately no westbound trains came through.

Here is look at Amtrak trains at two different stations about a mile apart from each other. This is just north of the Philadelphia city limits in Bensalem Township. It was chilly and rainy on the Sunday after Thanksgiving but the trains continued to roll by.

On Saturday August 12, 2023 I visited the Delmarva Central Railroad (DCR) in the state of Delaware. I got lots of shots of the equipment but nothing was moving. However NS 44M (Springfield, Oh - Delmarva, Md) hauls grain loads to interchange with the DCR. We chased the train from Summit Bridge over the Chesapeake & Delaware Channel Canal down to near Townsend, De.
CSX Locos of Interest

The first two trains are both hotshot intermodal train CSX I031 with footage taken on July 12 & 15. These feature CSX 1973 wearing Chessie System paint. The last train train is M404 with CSX 4568 in charge. CSX 4568 is an SD70MAC wearing Operation Lifesaver paint. This footage was shot at 12:40AM on July 16. All footage was taken at West Trenton, NJ

Went to Altoona in May, stayed here one night and in Altoona the next night. This place was absolutely fantastic, next time I will stay here both nights. Lots of trains, Horseshoe Curve and the Allegheny Portage Railroad historical site are both less than 15 minutes away.
I miss the trains in NJ, born in Jer,sey, I lived in Manville, I was always down at the tracks, I was always at the train shows, my dad started me in American Flyer trains , our basement was 1700 sq ft., he had a game room in the basement, bar, pool table, and now I have N scale. my layout is 20x20x10x10, all frieght 135 cars and stack contianers, all Kato engines. and my fright cars are from Atlas.. hillside NJ

Great video & great layout. Runs of various trains, 2 Amtrak, an Amtrak ballast train, RBMN freight, number 611 pulling a mix of heavyweight cars, and a Pennsylvania passenger pulled by I guess is an N scale T1 steam locomotive.
Glad to see the steam running ! And it was funniest as it was pushing a track cleaner ahead of the CR diesel train!!! Nicely done video.

Second train at Whitford had a unit at each end. When Whitford had limited Amtrak service up to the 1990s, it and Exton, .9 mile away, may have been the only 2 Amtrak served stations within physical sight of each other.
