    I also bought the Remington RX7 Ultimate here in Australia. It worked great for a couple of months and then one day the electronics died. Remington did not hesitate to replace it with another RX7 which behaved like the previous one I had: it also died after a few months. I'm now using a Visage Head Shaver (that looks like the RX7) that I bought from Aldi for $39 (AUS) and it works at least as well as the RX7. I've only had it a few weeks so time will tell.

    I just purchased both the Skull Shaver "Pitbull Gold pro" and Remington "Balder Boss" (7100) w/titanium blades, not the pro or 7120 (Japanese blades). I will let you know my results in a few weeks!

    I bought a Remington RX-7 Ultimate in March 2024 here in the UK. I used it every other day both wet and dry. I cleaned the blades after every use and oiled them every week. It was absolutely brilliant right up until it started acting up a few weeks before it completely died after 9 months. I had to get a refund from Amazon as it was still inside the 12 month purchase period. I am now using a Pitbull Gold Pro but, it doesn't give the close shave of the Remington. I have even bought the older Pitbull Baron 5 blade head to see if that's comparable with the Remington but, sadly it's not. There are many reports of the RX-7 suffering from battery and charging issues which is a real shame as it is a fantastic shaver.

    A couple of questions? Did you just read all of the products descriptions provided by manufacturers? Also, any of these shavers NOT made in China?

    I was gifted a skull shaver gold pro and after a year and a half and 3 sets of blades, it's a piece of shit. On 3 separate occasions, while cleaning it, all the blades and guards fell out in the trash can.

      Philips Oneblade is what you should try. It’s not a shaver…it cuts very short…kind of one day after a wet shave

    You can't beat a wet shave with a good gel and a decent razor blade. Trust me I've been shaving my head for over 30 years.

      As a new inexperienced head shaver I started with a traditional razor. After nicking myself a few times I thought there had to be a better (and safer) way. So I embarked on a quest and bought the Freebird, the Brio, Omnishaver, and the Series 7. Sadly none of these options gave me the bowling ball smooth feel I was looking for. So I was showering one day and decided to give the Gillette Mach 5 a whirl with a good quality head lubricant, and haven’t looked back since. Sure, it takes a few extra minutes but it’s worth it.

    I purchased a Groomie Baldie Pro and it lasted 5mos before it started acting strange...display inop...when display does work shaver won't turn off...sometimes won't turn on...comes on in the middle of the night and runs till battery is dead...multiple emails to Groomie...yes you guessed right...NO RESPONSE...typical internet based business...no service...no warranty!

    Most of these are solid options. But arguably outdated. If the list is to specifically cater to someone having a baldie there better more convenient options . I wouldn’t recommend the fade master to a “beginner” kuz the teeth will catch pores. The simplest thing I can think of is, cheapest clippers with decent or high quality build with strong motor from amazon or china. And buy the Wahl Balding replacement blade . And install that blade onto the clipper. About 97% of cordless clippers that carry the 2 hole “Wahl Style” blades can have the Wahl Balding blade or Gamma Skin blade installed. Or if your going to do a detachable which they also make cordless versions of now. But you can get the 5 zero blade/00000 or the detachable trimmer blade. Those will work best instead of the 000 that come with the oster. Or if you want a cordless trimmer that’s super strong with a good blade where you can zero gap I’d say the Gamma cyborg trimmer, or stylecraft saber trimmer or the stylecraft flex. There so many great tools out there for a full on bald cut. A lot of em are very cheap and work great. A lot of em are very high quality build and are over priced or even cheap or moderate price as well. Just do the research ask your local barbers. Ask people here on TH-cam. These picks in the video are solid but there’s so much more cheaper and better or just as good and cheaper or more expensive

      What is best than wahl detailer ?

    • @iHateBarbersBarber
      @iHateBarbersBarber 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@maximechevalier5604 the detailer blade is solid. One of the best. I wouldn’t recommend the trimmer tho. The motor just is weak and dnt have much torque. I know you can put the detailer blade using the wahl detailer white cam follower, on SC hitter and the SC evo. I’m sure you can put it on most SC/Gamma trimmers tho since they are all interchangeable blades. But most trimmers are better than the detailers to be honest. If you go to philthy blendz website he has the best deals for what he offers on his site. The SC Rebels he has on there for $80 . Strong motor and super solid blade way better than the detailers. A lot of people will say get the babyliss fx trimmers. I personally dnt think they are as good as people make em out to be . But they are better than the detailers as far as power and torque and quality of build. Detailer blade is better than the fx blades tho. But even the fx trimmers the regular ones without the usbC and battery upgrade philthy blendz has for sale in there for like $115 . He even has the SC/Gamma Hitters on there for like $67 idk how much better those will be than the detailers I’ve never used em before. But great deal and the blades are great. If you do like the babyliss style blades you can order from TPOB the troll trimmer or the X trimmer for 100 or cheaper .
