    I posted for more than a year consistently (gaming channel) andd my videos are not trash, still algorithm doesn't give me many impressions on YT. I did a mistake of doing google ads several times and now YT doesn't push my content until I pay for google ads. So I stopped posting and opened a new channel with a different type of content.

    I love love love the orange water painting! I really think it is one of your best works❤ PS: I am a psychologist and tbh I am a little bit worried about the amount of things you do and all the deadlines and the „pushing yourself to the limit“. This can be maintained for a while, but please take care of yourself and try to prevent burnout. You do not have to rush and do everything while you are a certain age, you have time and you dont want to spend your life working yourself to your bones, but live a little, enjoy a little. Take care!

    what if I want to creat content without showing my face? psychology content

    • @Noone-iz1dq
      @Noone-iz1dq 2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Study other creators who don't show their face Do you want to be like Psych to Go where they do minimalist drawings and animations There are creators that deal exclusively with filler clips and photos or slides. I'm thinking of people who make horror content Mr. Ballen who while he shows his face I think is a good example of using just photos if you can't pay for clips or find free to use clips or don't want to film any yourself. Some people do a mix of these two methods where they might have a pngtuber or pngpersona that's on screen to represent them while having photos, slides and videos behind them. Great example is The Right Opinion who makes documentary style videos so they're a great example on how to make long form context without showing their face (though they do pay for editors but normally several different editors work on one video so it's a good reference point to study different styles of editing) There are other creators that wear masks or have other ways of covering their face in front of a camera but that honestly has a lot of issues behind that choice imo

    One thing that I LOVE about this video, among many other, is the spacing of this video. There's no cuts that distract from what you want to say and I appreciate that. Videos nowadays I feel like cut too fast/often, which makes me feel like I'm being rushed. I appreciate this style of editing alot.

    Thank you so much for this video! I am currently struggeling to find my style because of the different "hacks" that everyone is sharing and also because when I create for the algorithm my content blows up but I don't really like this kind of content by myself. So with your advice I'm already excited to get more into storytelling and inspirate others with deeper insights of my topic.

    A year is actually quite quick, especially if you do illustrations by hand, in watercolour and in such a big scale (which makes sense if you want a lot of detail, shading etc). I just commissioned a watercolour artist to do my book. Her style is very different, but that's what I needed for the book. It's very colourful and child-like, colour is more flat and her scale is more true to how big it will be printed at, but it still took 9 days. She is a high school teacher, with kids, so like you she can't commit all her time to painting. She scans it and touches it up on the computer as well. People who are not artists and not in children's publishing have no idea how much work goes into producing a picture book.

    • @jess01510
      @jess01510 10 วันที่ผ่านมา

      You might want to look on "how to build a persona ?". I've used that in product design but I find it somehow overlap with marketing because ... It's about creating a product FOR people. More often than not, we create for ourselves so : who are you ? What matter to you ? Why is it important ? Then : Where, in my life, I've came across similar people that shares the same intrest I have ? What are the artists that are like me and I follow ? What do they do ? But I have to admit that sometimes, it's best to define "who are you DEFINITLY NOT creating for ?" (ex: If you're doing a community app arround a shared interest, you're not going to aim at people that already have a community (their need is fullfiled) or likes to do it alone (they don't need it)).

    • @chantalleonhardt

      That’s the whole point of art, to expand what we currently know and get outside our comfort zone, to see what we are capable of! If I don’t start painting big now what could I missing out on painting in the future because I didn’t take the risk now!! Also this is an illustration, when resized the A4 the details appear very different and the perspective makes more sense with the words 😊
