Hello I got a refusal on my study permit then I sent a letter of reconsideration.Received an acknowledgement receipt Starting it has been forwarded to the Visa officer.Then my closed Application tracker shows the biometric and Eligibility completed but Background check still in progress.Does it mean my case in under review? Regards
