Rattlesnake Canyon & Burns Canyon Under Tropical Storm Hilary | Flash Floods | LX570 Offroad
I took my LX570/LC200 series to rattlesnake canyon near Big Bear and Joshua Tree in the middle of a tropical storm as a result of Hurricane Hilary, which hit Southern California on 8/20/2023. Although it was an easy/intermediate trail, the flash floods made it quite intimidating by the unpredictable nature of flood formation. However, the LX570 handled it well and I made it out safely.
Driving through valleys under a storm is risky; make sure to always have some backup plans

Is this just a sensor lift and ahc lift?
So I guess if you got caught up in a flash flood a crew would have to risk their own lives saving you
How long was the ride?
Ballsy going in with the storm but thanks for sharing the spectacular views! Nice build also, what tire size?
Thanks! Those are 37" KM3s. Also thank you for your posts on the forums,. they helped a lot!
Bro, What do you do for living?
