You forgot to show how to set 1&2 with the left side screw 1st---then set 3&4 with the right side back screw-then set 1&2 to 3&4 with the right side front screw.

what's the device you use to measure the carb output? I am a novice. A friend has offered to try to tinker with the carbs (i.e., clean or rebuild them). Is this something a weekend mechanic can tackle?

Judging by Ali Farokhmanesh, apparently being to dunk or even jump is not necessary in order to pwn ku. Just be a random white dude on a Missouri Valley team like UNI or Bradley and they'll choke automatically, no dunking needed.
