I work with C-Level, senior executive and high potential emerging leaders in organisations to unlock and enhance their leadership growth so that they can have greater impact in their work, their life and their world.
My work is centered around helping leaders achieve what they can’t yet see but deep down really want. I employ techniques and experience that unlock leadership potential through CLARITY, OVERCOMING LIMITING BELIEFS & SELF-AWARENESS and ensure that these are focused on growth and development of your people whilst accomplishing critical business objectives.
I draw on my significant executive leadership experience, a strong background in leadership development and coaching. My clients span a diverse cross-section of industries from FMCG, engineering, media and financial services.
After 20 years of success (and failure) in the business world, I realised I valued watching one of my direct reports win, my core driver is and has been the desire to unlock another’s potential.

Absolutely!
Good stuff! The number one spot for online marketing "promosm".
The world has suffered a huge loss! Kevin was a RockStar. He fought to the very end, and he will be missed. If you have not read his book, be sure to get a copy of One Hit Wonder!
Hi Julian , thank you so much for this interview. Kevin was my husband and was a warrior! He fought so hard and long. He was larger than life. My heart is broken but I love that I can watch this video over and over. Your questions were so insightful and thoughtful.
My condolences to you, Kevin was a great guy, and I had the privilege of knowing him in a small way through the interview. Wish you well Lorraine.
Nice interview. Always sad to hear when cancer takes someone too soon.
It is very sad, however Kevin had such an impact in his life, a challenge to all of us
Thank you for sharing this inspiring interview with Kevin R. Kehoe about his "One Hit Wonder" book and Aspire Software success story.
It was a privilege to have interviewed him, great guy

It was a pleasure chatting with you and discussing the concept of Achieving Excellence with your audience. I wish everyone all the success and happiness you aspire to accomplish.
Great having you on the show Liz
I very much enjoyed talking to Julian Roberts. He asked interesting questions and listened carefully to the answers I gave, often engaging with things I'd talked about.
It was great having you on the show Rebecca, thoroughly enjoyed the insightful conversation on managing stress in the workplace.
Thank you for having me on the podcast. It was a pleasure to work with you as you focus on helping organizations thrive.
Thanks Lisa, it was great having you on the show.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the different today's topics. Just a little feedback. It would be interesting if for this platform you guys are able show some visual support like slides, mindmaps, Miro board, stc.
Thanks for listening in Javo, appreciate the feedback. The podcast is an interview not a webinar, so no use of materials. Also, it is cast on audio podcasts as well.

The human element is the very fabric of humanity that all humans need to connect despite the different culture, it's about time, Great!👍
Agree, we need to get back to the basics that we are human, thank you Steffen
Thank you Julian, for having me!
It was a pleasure to have you on, thank you Lorena
Thanks a lot for sharing this conversation . Very important points were mentioned here. İndeed, today leaders have to focus more on "i have to learn more" , rather than "i know all". This will defenetly have a positive effect on the corporate culture. Firstly, these are employees who take example from their leaders. Secondly, Everything in the world is Changing today with a dramatic speed. So even in many companies it's one of daily responsibilities of the leaders to check the news of the industry and understand which impact they have on the work. Regarding "i am empowering you, but ask me first" ..these things really exist. İn such companies employees are generally afraid to make any action without approval and in some cases even feel themselves undervalued and untrusted.
Thank you for your comments, and you make valuable additions tot he conversations especially in the whole area of empowering teams.
@@JulianRoberts Welcome
Great interview!
Thanks Michael for the support
reading the chess board...interesting analogy..."Change the color, not the content" Very Informative interview with Nancy Halpern on how to navigate and negotiate through the politics in the workforce. IMHO a person's observation of intent could be solely based on the person's emotional intelligence and "story" and not necessarily truth or fact
Thanks for your feedback, I also found what Nancy said very insightful and refreshing.
Simply loved this conversation with each of you! So often people use the equivalent of two keys on their human piano in their exchanges with others. Prioritizing genuinely connecting emotionally first, engages all keys, puts us on the same high frequency and delivers the miraculous. Thank you both!
Thanks Marlaine, glad you enjoyed, I know I did!
Very informational!
Thank you, I will also be launching a podcast on the back of these interviews next week!
Thank you
