Sir whether the document is said to be proved if the document is exhibited without objection? Or the document is required to be proved in accordance with the provision prescribed in IEA even exhibited without objection?

Excellent way of explaining in a most simpler n easy manner that any raw Advocate would understand n not only so even experienced practising lawyer would actually know court practice. Yuvraj ji imparts all practical practice without holding any information or ruling. Rarely experienced lawyer would do so. But he is down to the earth.

As per section 34 of the Bombay Stamp Act, 1958 the stamp papers should be in the name of one of the parties who has signed the documents. Therefore the stamp paper should be purchased in the name of one of the parties who would be signing the instruments. If the stamp paper has been purchased in the name of an Advocate, C.A., etc than such instrument shall be treated as an instrument not duly stamped and shall be inadmissible in evidence..................... I just tried to answer your query... The lecture is quite informative Sir. Looking forward for more such informative videos 💐.
