Lol I also shared it on a few spiritual pages I'm on and they loved it too. Its really amazing. I could instantly feel where I had a block, One I wasn't even aware of, so been doing a lot of heart and throat meditation and a new thing I come up with Dance Yoga. Well it might've already been created but I wasn't aware of it when I come up with the moves. Lol I dance in my kitchen and I REALLY love how I Express myself through it. Blessing sis. Xx
