I think for completeness you'd need to show the "stellar" state of Bridgeton Main Street and Paisley Road West (Ibrox/Cessnock section) which are both a lot more white and massive king and country strongholds. There must be a reason why Govanhill has seen a lot more gentrification recently than Bridgeton in particular despite the latter being a lot more convenient for unis, city centre amenities and jobs.
