@@Mive122 all you have to do is hold tight and pull up with your left hand and at the same time push down hard with your right. Its just a game of balance... I honestly think it was easier for me than most because of how much i weigh. I really think its a thing most people can do if they just try really hard to do it. @@Mive122 if you tell me your age weight and fitness level i will be able to give you some specific tips. But as a general rule the mace is my go to tool for overall strength and its insane how quickly it strengthens your grip. You can get ones that are super cheap and effective off Amazon. Once you get serious about mace work definitely get an adjustable one from ck maceworks...definitely my favorite gym tool.

@@bushidotraininginstitute I currently weigh 68 kilos and am 169 cm tall, I am 16 years old and I started exercising 3 months ago, my bench press is 75 kilos, dead lift is 160 kilos, and my maximum squat was 110 kilos
