Developing fusion technology from Japan to drive a new energy industry and solve global environmental problems.
Kyoto Fusioneering has a vision to apply the enormous heat energy generated by nuclear fusion to be used to realize efficient, cost-effective decarbonisation technology. Fusion has a unique capability to be used to return Earth’s carbon cycle back to pre-industrial levels last seen in the 18th century. We will make NetZero a reality, as a key technology for the survival of the planet and create society where energy is p ermanently recycled and the energy system is finally stable.

計画の速度がびっくりするほど速いのだが?国際プロジェクトでも発電の実用化時期は見えないのに、この会社は実証発電を来年に予定している。高温と強烈な中性子線に曝されるブランケットの耐久性を実用的に実現する見込みはあるのか?燃料のトリチウムの調達ができるの?本当に実現したらすごいが、大風呂敷すぎて疑問。でも、資金調達も研究実績もあるようですねぇ。
Most fusion energy announcements are filled with sales pitch hype in order to attract investors. Typically the pitches contain many factual errors, missing key information and distortions of truth. Typically the journalists reporting on such projects are snowed by the presenting technology that they don't understand. The fuel doesn't depend upon the commonly found hydrogen isotope found in all water. It depends upon deuterium which is not a significant portion of that water. It also depends upon radioactive tritium that is not derived from common water bodies. Its typical source is a very small set of fission reactors that utilize heavy water. The market rate for very rare tritium is approximately $30,000 per gram. The National Ignition Facility (NIF) recently announced experiment didn't produce more nuclear fusion power than the energy it took to run the experiment. It produced less than 1% of the laser input energy. Helion has repeatedly missed its goals during the last decade. None of the existing dozens of experimental nuclear fusion facilities around the world are anywhere close to demonstrating an economically practical power plant, even those employing gyrations. Most are decades away from that and ignore how little time we have left to turn this 'Titanic' around. I urge readers to search for the following article and video titles. ぜひ早く上場して欲しいです❗
まえから、こういうのはいつになったらやるのかなーと思っていたようなプロジェクトですね。核融合が出来ても、発電機として動かそうとすると、絶対うまく行かないことがあるはずです。なので、今こういう実証実験やっておかなかったら、何十年かあと、ある程度安定して核融合を起こせるようになったはいいが「発電機として動かすのにはまだまだ課題が~」となって、また、延び延びになるのが目に見えていますもんね。予定通りいくと良いですね!

既存の原子力発電プラントシステム等とのシステム要素技術の比較情報があると当該システムの理解が深まるように思いました。
