I do apologise for the late reply" been taking some time away in the family life of becoming a family of 4! but for future reference the entertainment is cater for everyone i think good bit for the kids and towards the end of the evening adults

They do have a luggage place by the side of the main lobby, we had an evening flight so booked late check out but then had to use it ourselves!

So as we walked to the local markets 10 - 15 minutes with Child, the Main Strip is a little furthur and we took a taxi, didn't wanna tire lyra little legs out too much and its very hot fresh cold water and a hat is well reccommend for the walk! but enjoy we love this hotel and would love to go back but price dependant!

Honestly we loved it! hoping to go back!

No i don't think there was!, just a fridge but it could be different in other ones! may be worth asking when booking over the phone :)

Hello, yeah it was about 45 minutes - 1 hour, great session had so much fun!

Yeah having the fridge is ideal 100% with having child having the space for snacks! we never spent a penny in the day between breakfast and tea :)

Too be honest it wasn't that bad we had to wait in certain queue's i think longest was 45 minutes, but we went very early and left at closing time so felt as if we had done all the rides we wanted to with Lyra and she loved it! all i will say if take a little toy they can play with in the Que's and don't be afraid to let them sit down either think it kept her going all day!

Sorry to here that Liam i have seen recently here in wales places have done that and removed the ability for caravans and campers its so sad! however for the time of year we went it was great and very close to Peppa pig world for my daughter Lyra!

Honestly we did just a room and a bathroom last time and having the living room and the car parking space is so ideal with children we have already booked again for christmas time!

Hello , Your Welcome Anytime!, This was our 2nd time to Butlins we went last year and did 3 days it felt so rushed, we went for a week and it was a dream even with COVID we had so much fun! going again in Christmas Time.

We was lucky with the weather!! we checked the 5 day the first day we went away and Tuesday was the best. Jake Actually burnt!!

Its a B&Q kitchen and the range for the hood is Cooke and Lewis!:)
