Dear will let me clear some of your doubts From 11 years experience of mountaineering and Observation of this mighty peak from our childhood 1. Summit push from lady leg or ABC depends on season example if you trying to summit my Friendship in early summer we start our summit push from lady leg due to risk of avalanche if snow conditions are not Favourable but from mid summer to September last we pitch ABC after lady leg camp And also in Oct last we push out summit from lady leg if there is no water in ABC overall it’s totally depends on season and weather conditions water Source and safety. 2. 99% of mountaineers leave 40 - 50 meters from exact top that shows respect for that mountain but 1% don’t and let me clear those 50 to 50 meters are not technical Hope you are will understand our point. If you are Not satisfied with this answer, you can reply for better answer
