DUBAI 2025 Spend a day with me in Bur Dubai and Meena Bazar. Money X, Driving, Snacks and the Mosque
Welcome back guys for part 2.
Join the travels and explore Dubai with me and my family.
In part 2, we go from DXB international Airport to our Hotel, the Canvas Hotel. I give you a quick hotel tour and explain why the 5 star was disappointing.
We start our day trying to exchange my British pounds in Meena Bazaar, I find out that some exchanges charge much more in fees than other. We also drive in Bur Dubai, explore the local roads and visit the supermarket to get some snacks.
Finally, to end the day I go to pray Magrib in the local mosque which ends up being a very special and a serene experience.

After landing I get into a cab to get to my better than average apartment, then explore the city to almost crash and lose my starving appetite after watching random locals eat snails. We end up eating excellent sea food and end the day with some Quran and Magrib in the big Port mosque.

I challenged myself to complete all the rights of an Umrah visit including Medina in just 18 hours. Most pilgrims usually take a full week to complete this. If i don't complete within 18 hours I miss my return London flight from Jeddah.
