Louis Dunford - The Angel (North London Forever) Lyrics HD (New Arsenal Chant at Emirates Stadium)
มุมมอง 126Kปีที่แล้ว
The new beautiful Arsenal Anthem with lyrics which was created by @louis_dunford. The first half of the song is for the residents of North London, and the second half is for global gooners as well as the working people in all modern global cities. COYG! The song has now been adopted by Arsenal fans as a beautiful chant before every match at the Emirates Stadium, the home of Arsenal Football Clu...
The original arsenal were from South london
Started my journey from Ponders End Enfield aged 10 into children's homes. Left North London @ 13 moved miles away (ON PURPOSE) by social services. Made my way from Kent to Bournemouth at aged 17. Moved there with a piss head who became my FATHER in my heart. Met (Jane) at aged 18 in September 1991 who had 2 kids Darren and Carla. Became their gratified father and had 2 more children later on. Now at 51 yrars old,34 years my family life is over (another Man) Unable to reminisce cos of the pain i now feel from what were warm memories, now are memories of Pain. Im thinking about returning to a place where it all started. I just don't think I can handle it. All the once friends houses filled with a new generation. Landscape totally altered. I don't think folk truly realise the power of the spirit that was poured into this song. I feel caught between the devil and deep blue sea. I just don't know... I reall6 don't know wtf to do.
dont suport arsenal your a little rascle
Imagine getting your heart broken then frank sinatra drops this
Love this song
I listen to this everyday
How can you not love this song 🔴⚪ Gunner 👌

NORTH LONDON FOREVER
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Dang I put this thing on blast when I'm working and a whole hour went by when I wasn't looking.
and by this we have the best song ever #gooners
This isn’t a football song, which makes it so good. I’m Bradford I could change the lyrics to speak about my town that clings on to the last remnants of the past. It’s a shithole but it’s our shithole and you can’t shake the pride and feeling of home that comes from where you were brought up, no matter what damage gets done to the working class and their communities
I'm Ethiopian, I was born here and have lived here since birth and I don't know North London even England. But, whenever I listen to this, immediately I'm starting crying........I simply associate the lyrics with my lovely club, ARSENAL!! ONE OF MY LIFETIME DREAMS IS WATCHING ARSENAL AT THE EMIRATES STADIUM PLAYING WITH TOTTENHAM. WHO KNOWS ONE DAY I WILL BE THERE...❤❤❤ARSENAL❤❤❤
Arsenal Forever From Ethiopia
Listening to this while racing in Nurburgring
As a Newcastle fan im not a fan of much to do do with Arsenal ha ha. But you guys have a cracking song here. Nice one 👍
🏴Born adopted Toon maniac but I fookin love this song 🔴⚪❤️⚫⚪⚫⚪⚫⚪
Poli sanam myr❤
Superb song
Come on ❤
As a Derby fan with no affiliation or real care for Arsenal, i still find myself watching this, over and over
My respect++++++ Derby>>>>>>City
Never spent anytime in the area except visiting for football (Wednesday fan) the place references mean nothing to me but the working class background and most of lyrics are repeated all over the country. My Sheffield home is nothing like it was 40 years ago but this peace of artistic brilliance keeps the thoughts deep inside how it used to be. Arsenal you're very lucky to have this song, it really could be describing any where. Thank you LD for this great memories of my home forever. ❤
Mate, you too are clearly a true fan of your club - it’s something so many of these overseas “fans” who choose their club to support from being in the top four of the EPL rather than any ties to an area.
Boa noite Valentina :)
Boa noite Reyft
Boa noite Isabela
Boa noite Laura
Boa noite Antonella
Boa noite Júlia
singing this to myself while thinking of all my Ex's at 1:45 AM goes so hard
I feel you homie
❤ forever
Fantastic, sent a shiver up my spine, North London forever my home. Recognised several landmarks mentioned ❤
❤❤❤❤
this song makes it obvious how difficult some words can be said.
❤
North London forever whatever the weather
It’s all good man
Thanks so much. Domo Arigato.
Why arsenal fans chant this song when obviously here the singer sing about North London
He sing about Highbury?
@@user-ko6mc8yy4l look man im a big arsenal supporter since 2003/4 . Im born 1997 and im not from England. I was always curious and know a good percent of the chants and songs for Arsenal, but i never understood why the club clarify and make global this song. All i can see is that there are people who live at North London supporting Arsenal. The singer never mantion Arsenal or something similar. He only mantion Highbury
@@asgrind1078he wear arsenal shirt while singing
he put the arsenal badge in his music video thumbnail@@asgrind1078
@@asgrind1078clueless. Arsenal IS N5. The song is about growing up in N5 like our fathers, mothers, grandparents and great grandparents before us. All the landmarks mentioned, it’s about our home, our small part of London, from the Angel to the Caledonian Rd, from Highbury Corner to Highbury Fields… and before moving to the Emirates it’s where 80% of the season ticket holding fans of Arsenal were also born or who still had family ties to the area. Highbury stadium and Arsenal football club have been a huge and integral part of North London (N5) community for 100 years. So singing this song, together, as fans, voices that community , that spirit, that sense of belonging and that sense of home. It’s in our blood and DNA. We didn’t choose to support Arsenal - Arsenal chose us because we were born and raised in N5, so we support our local club, for better or worse. If you
It's a father daughter duet. My dad used to sing this to keep when ever I was upset. Up until I was about 12 or 13. I can actually sing now and I would love to do a duet with him.
Aww
@Allison-gs4zy it is Awww <33 Sadly I don't see marriage in my future but if I ever do I want this to be the dance I have with him
Learning this in three days to perform with my boyfriend😂 This hour loop has really helped! Thank you!
I know a MUCH better song than this:- North London is ours. North London is ours. **** off back to Woolwich, North London is ours. Great little tune.
I got one as well 🎶 we won the league At shite Hart Lane twice We won the league at shite Hart Lane Twice Wanna be at the shit hole We won the league at shit Hart Lane 🎶 F*****G spurs mug
No
The lyrics ❤
This is what it's about born bred in Islington north London Is where the true gooners came from like me born in the 50's the lyrics represent the true culture of the people
Yeah! Like you are any better than a Arsenal fan born any where other place in the world.
True Gooners are everywhere!! And if you want to get technical, with your logic, True Gooners are from South East London Woolwich, how you born in the 50's and don't know this😂😮 COYG
@@izacah85total bollox geezer. The Arsenal only became a cultural and community driving force when they moved to Highbury. When football really became a driving force within a community. You choose to support a club based on it being success (as do most overseas fans and why there aren’t many overseas fans supporting Brighton, or Brentford or Sheffield United). As opposed to those of us born in N5, whose fathers and mothers and grandparents and great grandparents were born and lived their entire lives in N5. Growing up in the shadow of Highbury. Having your first (legal. Cough) pint in The Gun. It’s in your blood and even if Arsenal got relegated we’d still be there on every wet and rainy and cold Saturday afternoon chanting our boys.
@@MrPipmeisterif not for overseas fans, the club wouldnt have become so huge with such a magnanimous revenue which helps them to buy talents at their whims. Humble down.
Much respect to you. I'm a Gooner forever. I didn't grow up in the UK. However, my roots and blood are true. But these lyrics are universal. Louis paints a picture that could be many places. And that's pretty cool. COYG!
I still recall the year 2001, I was 13yro went to watch futball on tv. Arsenal was trailing 2:0 to Westham Utd & Boom Thierry Henry Scored 2goal that day, From there I started supporting Arsenal & Thierry Henry became my favorite player hence the rest is history ARSENAL FOREVER❤❤
WOW. IF THAT DONT MAKE YOU SHIVER YOU HAVE DIFFERENT BLOOD. BIG UP LOUIS DUNFORD
U don't originate in north u originate in the south go back to Woolwich u gunners tottenham do
