How do i handle bicep curls with this? I feel like the hook is so wide that i have no grip on the up with gravity and they end up sliding on one side.

Remember that our blood flow naturlly causes us to stretch with increased blood flow (stretch outwards with flexing), so only working out with weights compresses our body unless its a stretch based work out. The more you this while growing up can make you taller, and unlock your actual BASE strength. Learning this devlops full form and helps teach from getting TOO BIG (when unnecessary, being too big). I taught myself this
