i really want o be a lawyer, I'm going into public school after being homeschooled for 3 years. I'll be going into 7th grade. I'm kinda scared because I'm a little behind in math, and i hate math. I'm also really scared because of the people. i have really bad anxiety when it comes to crowds. and this school is big. and i only have 1 friend and 1 cousin that go to that school.

WHAT I TOOK FROM THIS VIDEO Tips for Middle School Mindset You are going to go through changes no matter what. They can be good changes and they can be bad changes. You will see people you know change completely. People find themselves or they lose themselves. So this is not only about school it’s a really big part of your life, where you go through a huge transition. So what I really recommend for you guys is to try to search for good changes, and I will get more in to how you can do that, but just keep that in mind. Also know, remember in your mind that this is temporary. Even the place that you live right now, that might even be temporary. All of this if you have big dreams and passions, all of this is temporary. All you have to do is get through it, and come out the same person that you want to be. Put intention into this. What do you want to be after you leave middle school? What kind of things do you want to be doing? What kind of goals do you want to achieve? Another thing to keep in mind, always be yourself, I know a lot of people have said this, but truly always be yourself. Don’t change yourself for other people. People are going to try to pick at you and try to change things about you, because they think this is weird about you or this is weird about you or you would be better if you didn’t have this or that. No, you are who you are, and if people can’t except that then they don’t deserve your time and your energy. There is a difference between growing to the person that you are meant to be and then people stopping your process because they want you to be someone else. But no you’re this person and you are going to keep growing the way you are. So don’t let people disrupt the way that you grow and the way that you are meant to be for this life Sports and Extracurriculars Extracurriculars are great in middle school because they let you have experience that you can’t have in high school. What I mean by the experience you can’t have in high school is that everything is competitive in high school. In middle school they just kind of let you have fun, you know is try something out when you don’t have a lot of experience. See in high school you have to actually be good at a sport and you have to actually compete in stuff, but in middle school it’s more like chill, you know what I mean. If you join sports you can also make really nice sporty friends. Friends One thing you have to keep in mind is that your friends will be changing a lot in middle school. I went through a lot of friendship in middle school. You have to let go and , you know let your life play out like it’s supposed to play out. So don’t run after people because middle school is a place where you’re definitely going to be friend with a lot of types of different people. And not all of them are for you. Just don’t force anything. So pretty much like one quote that I made myself, I don’t know if there is a quote that is somewhere out there , but the people that come in and out of your life won’t matter in the future. The effect they have on you will. In my experience and I feel like in a lot of people’s experiences, if you’ve had friends and then you don’t have them anymore, but they had so much effect on you. Like sometimes you can tell yourself talking like your friends. Like they just impact the way you are as a human being. So that’s why you want to make sure you have good friends because you have to look at your friends and be like are these people supporting the life that I want and the future and the person I want to be? If it you shouldn’t be friends with them. Clothing You can where what you want. Don’t change who you are. If you want some cute clothing and you really want some advice from me here is some places that I really really love. And I use a lot. I am going to give you guys the places with lower prices and the places with higher prices. All of these places are really cute. This is also for guys too. Place where I get my clothes the most : Amazon, SHEIN, Yesstyle, PACSUN, ZARA. Now if you are on a budget and you don’t want to spend a lot of money on back to school. Here are the two best places. They are kind of like thrift stores and they are really really good. They have trendy clothing: playdohs closet and Ross. Ross your probably like I don’t want to get my clothes at Ross, like, that’s just not what I want to do. But trust me , like Ross has cute clothes, like I bet some people from my school have seen me shopping at Ross. I am not ashamed. They have such cute clothing you guys. Like u really recommend. And then if you have like a different aesthetic, then the there is also this. At playdoh closet I am pretty sure they have every different aesthetic. Shoes You guys don’t have to take my advice but this is just for the people who are really lost and just really want advice, so. The shoes I would recommend is Converse. Converse are really in style right now and I think they are really comfortable.So those are really cute, or just plain Nike shoes. Just some comfortable Nike shoes. These are the ones that I actually got recently. They are really really comfortable. Hygiene Just put deodorant on ion the morning. Shower every night or after school. It’s a good routine to have just so right after school take a shower. And I feel so weird talking about this. I don’t know if you like taking showers in the morning, do that, but girl I am always too tired for that. Grades Forget anything that anyone has ever told you about grades because grades are important okay. People have told me grade don’t matter you are in middle school . The colleges are not going to check grades from middle school. Okay they may not check grades from middle school, but the classes you have in middle school change the classes you have in high school. This is only for the people that want to be high students. Get higher rclasses in middle school so that you can get even higher clases in high school. And you can be ahead. You can even do higher math classes and just like go into a whole other math class than everyone else. And just be ahead. So yeah that’s one thing I really wish I did. Like I wish I was ahead, because I am working to get an ace diploma and I could have had higher classes in middle school which would have led to higher lasers freshman year. Which is led to getting more ace classes right away. If you don’t know what that is look It up. So if you want to be a high student in high school, then do what you can now. Get in to higher classes now, work a little harder, listen in math class because you everything that you are learning now is going to add to the things that you are going to have to learn later on. See if you don’t listen then you are going to be completely lost in high school. So yeah I don’t know why anyone ever told me that middle school grades don’t matter like who cares what grades you get. Like it does matter. Drama I feel like a lot of people are scared of drama when they go into middle school. Don’t worry about it girl. There are going to be people that bother you there are always people that bother you. Where isn’t there annoying people. Like let me know. If anyone is online commenting on your instagram post, body shaming you, calling you names, talking behind your back, block them. Like I feel like people just talk back to the person and just keep going on and on . There is no need for that. Like all that is affecting is you. The person that is doing it to you are glad they have your energy and your attention. We don’t want that time taken from our lives. Like girl we need to be successful. We don’t need these people. Block them, don’t text them, don’t say anything to them, no matter what they are saying to you even if they are calling you the worst name in the world . The best thing that you can do is block them. If someone is bothering you at school in person. In this situation you are going to have to talk back, because you cannot just like cover your ears you know it’s hard. The thing is don’t go of on them because that is also giving too much energy to them and will cause an even bigger disaster. Be mature like how I said in my old video. Tell them in a calm voice- please stop bothering me, I am trying to get through the day. I don’t need your opinion I never asked for it.- and walk away. A lot of girls go through body shaming in middle school. If someone says something just say OK. Because it’s more hurtful because if you start talking back to them they are going to say even more than they did. So just say okay. And just mind your own business walk off do your thing. Makeup I talked about this in my last video, and I was saying how every girl just wears mascara. I am just going to be more specific. If you don’t want to wear makeup don’t wear makeup. It does not matter. Like nobody cares if you are wearing makeup or not. Like I always wore makeup because I was like insecure I’ll be honest. If you want to wear makeup, if it makes you feel good and it makes you feel like a baddie then you can just wear mascara. Or if you want to step up even more. You can wear mascara with concealer and blush and eyebrow stuff- if you have light eyebrows. If you don’t have light eyebrows you don’t need it. I am actually wear all that right now. It looks super natural. I just did blush, concealer, mascara and eyebrow stuff and just lipgloss, but like. Or you can just do whatever you want.
