For recovery, i am totally in the same boat as you. It feels like the mindset will never get better, but i think the point it learning how to not focus on those thoughts and only focus on the positive instead of trying to rid the negative thoughts entirely because i don’t think you can ever escape the negative thoughts your mind involuntarily comes up with ❤ sending love and positive energy! 💞💫
