This short serves as a reminder to those who say, "you can't make memories playing video games", as they clearly never had someone to play with. This video reminds me of when my Mom. who passed away two years ago, was introduced to VR by my Dad and I. I hope that all gaming parents continue to game with their children in addition to other things. Those memories count.

YES! ❤ in the West this is what we need. I am actually looking forward to teaching a comic class to youth for graphic memoirs. As a Muslim this is just life. I care for my grandmother who is dying. I just want her to be comfortable and help make her feel loved and worthy as she has done for me. She is hard core bad 🐝 but also sweet like 🌻 and the stories she shares have helped me grow as a woman ❤ . If it isn’t obvious I hope this project is a success so that I can connect with this young woman and see how we can bring that to Oregon. Cheers yall.

❤ dreamy place, sounds like such a robust place to study a masters or phd in film (mt dream is to direct and produce Bollywood masala films with diverse casts of characters with a Muslim themes and tones) at and many opportunities for fun and diverse learning. I always enjoy learning from adjacent fields. As a New Media Communications student from Oregon State University I had so much fun learning about media, journalism, acting, game lab, podcasting, and interviewing. I also studied at the college of Business and did Launch Academy which allowed me the opportunity to pitch my business Garam Masala Studios. It was a stepping stone program and my sister and I didn’t have a good experience as Black-Asian women. I wasn’t determined and kept going and I learned a lot about market research, and I don’t need labels to define who I am as a business owner. Did you know that spiritualality and business are linked? 😅

We need something like this in Hillsboro, OR. I actually did window painting for Hillsboro Beautifcation in Winter of 2023, and it was a lot of fun. The inspiration for my window painting was NYC and Paris Christmas walking tour videos ❤. With a little bit of inspiration from Nordic Northwest for the trolls and gnomes (to be interactive) and the hair salon that the window was commissioned by. It had deers and 13 gnomes scattered around (I only did 4) I did not complete the window (so i was not paid) due to some personal issues however I loved being able to create big art that people can touch, stand up close to and admire.

Ahseem, you have no idea how these things touch my heart.Growing up, it was vital that my mom kept us out of trouble and off the streets and in school and our minds busy. The library was my sanctuary. I thank her because it gave me a chance at a future. My mom had a family mission for her 7 kids. I want to serve and dedicate my life to providing kids and youth with these sorts of things because there is a lot of inequity in the community globally. That's why I do what I do. I want some kid and teen to think I want to make a game, make a comic, vlog instead of getting involved in gangs, prostitution, or drugs. Insha'allah may these kids be blessed and have the chance at a brighter and happier future. May Allah bless you for capturing these moments in their lives. I hope they grow up and watch your videos, and thank you for directing this.

I've only been to NYC once last year when I drove there from NJ after my commencement ceremony at the CURE ARENA. I went to my ceremony alone without family all the way from Oregon and while I did go to NJ the year before with my mom for America's Next Great Author, I didn't feel unsafe. I drove instead of public transportation. I love NJ but in NYC I felt this pull in my heart that I was visiting home. An elder friend I volunteered with told me NYC was the City of The World. I felt very safe and comfortable traveling there solo and I had an amazing 4 hours there. Exploring the Strand Bookstore, buying my niece a thinking of you care package from items from the bougie thrift store and Strand. I ate pizza (it was very good) and people were so kind and nice. I got so much help, you have this way of capturing the energy and soul of life. Subanallah. Inshallah I will visit again, because I loved every second of it. I imagine the movie Eloise and feel like so calm. Mashallah, your parents are so photogenic and their energy is warm and inviting. May Allah bless your hands and eyes because this is so soothing to me. I watch walking tours just to feel connected to NYC. Oregon ain't it fam. 🧛‍♂Mr.Vampire has to get his blood and protein somehow. It's not cheat day dang it. I had to look up this brand since we don't have this in Oregon, USA and it sounds delicious (the human ones). I appreciate the range of blood types gotta have variety -- it's the spice of life 🌶. Reminds me of Castelvania and I love that series! Human blood is way too much fat. Also, Mr. Vampire clearly is not using enhanced speech and smolder on his meals. Chicks dig the accent.

Your city is incredible at social change for it's denizens and bringing awareness of these things not hiding them or pretending they don't exist. I can't imagine how shocking that is for people to see an angel is made from something so scary. That's so sad but there is something so evocative and haunting about it. It's suppose to make you stop and stare and ponder how tragic it is to lose another one earth angel. La ilaha ilalah. I appreciate the choice of music.

Dreamy and beautiful. I want to explore and visit someday soon. It looks so peaceful and calm in the city. The Reichstag building is gorgeous. I love the horse statues! The street art on the Berlin Wall is beautiful and so fresh and unique. Is that a movie theater or an arcade with the Harry Potter signs? What was your favorite part of this trip? And you chose a perfect song I don't want to leave. Does the train take you around all these parts of Berlin or is it all by foot? The concert hall is majestic.
