If they had more time, they would have made Killer Instinct. The FMV would be too much for the cartridge, let alone the stages and sprites, but with both cartridge and DD together as one, then you could have the full complete game. Would've, could've, should've, but didn't.

Its a magic view. At Neogeo we dealt with a few third party's who offered to build custom cabinets. As you usually brought from the list of trusted suppliers to get your parts for your cabinet (or recycle an older cabinet). The magic views were in a few arcades around japan as you could hire/lease them or you could buy a pristine one ( they did used to sell them if you knew anyone in the industry or at magic view) at the magic view stadium. (room 2). Very rare, we were very impressed with them but if you look closely at the aspect ratio its 2 wide. Now that's the only thing that's wrong. Those cabs have the expansion slot for Aes or arcade memory card. That offers high score saves which they paid MVS for ( or cheats/updated versions of the game if me b2 or aiz put them in) . As MVS is a separate company to SNK/NeoGeo they spent a lot of money on these cabinets, Magicview originally intended these cabinets for a deal with Capcom or Taito , but that fell through. The company was going to fold as there main deals failed but a new backer brought the company behind magic view and they started selling A few brands from the manufactures. Konami was in room 1 i think. Sad to see the stadium shut and things being sold off cheap but you could get some bargins from them when they folded. There the second edition cabinets as the first ones had a smaller screen. They paid for there own memory card tech which was rare. As we offered it at SNK/NG for years and nobody brought it. You could make your own but only a few cabinets took that path. ( you could come into the office where we offerd a memory card service.) Amazed to see them again. As i went down for week 2 of the gran opening of the neogeo room , i had just finished sonic wings 3 / aero fighters 3 with aiz/b-2/keaton/the old man/ and "omitted" , mad may had gone back to china the day before and we wanted to see the game previewed so we took a few copy's and gave them 2 free (original test editions if you find one) Not to sure what happened to magic view after they closed ( 4 months later) we had a few people contact us for this and that at the office, all with promises of a new magic view owner and opening. There very rare and custom and were managed by Aiz/B-2 before they left our office. Sad the monitor couldn't be corrected for aspect ratio but would cost to much. We did change the sound equipment round and modified the rail they use to a new cable system the previous owner developed. If its pristine probably came from the magic view stadium. They spent a huge amount doing all this. Your very lucky to find one !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they did 3 editions, edition 1 was about 10 different tester cabinets for hire/stadium demonstration, the second editions filled room 2 at magic view stadium, they did some custom and special cabs for sale/hire special occasions. i have some pictures somewhere as we went backwards and forwards with them a lot. Looks like an edition 2. Edition 3 were big screen with higher price tags. Could be an edition 3 as difficult to tell. Very very very rare. Have lots of fun with it !!!!!!
