This is wrong. God says choose life. So sad that literally thousands in Canada have no hope in getting better. I live in chronic pain, and I've fought metastatic cancer since 2018. Life can be very hard and painful. I've even lost my entire family I grew up living with and loving. I still choose life and healing. I can't imagine choosing this. It's so sad

Im French guy and Skillet and particulary Jen help me to find my Faith in God everyday since few months. Them music are so helpful in the life of many people and If I write this commentary today its for thanks them. So thanks Skillet. God bless you all.

Fantastic interview! I feel that I had the same reaction as Jen to the "darker" part. we are all walking this road right??? none of us have it easy. The David v Goliath story we gravitate towards is such an inspiration of how this boy and his faith get passed along (because it sells in Hwood) Thankfully others curious about his life and story can follow along learning not just the Glorious tale we all know but they get to dive deeper into his life and the human ups and downs of his kingdom and his decisions, his struggles with personal faith and ruling etc etc. the industry calls Skillet's music dark but I see so much light in all they do and the contrast to me is the "poppiest main streamiest everyone has to hear this music or you're a loser because the industry says so" music and if you stop to listen to the lyrics true darkness is revealed and in the music industry literally worshiped. Art is not bad there are so many art forms metal or pop or country or rock, alt, or even Christian artists have a certain shade of light and dark that is revealed by reflecting off of a prism. We have to seek knowledge and a relationship to interpret that knowledge in order to have a sense of the colors that are coming off of what the prism is showing us. We can be blinded by the lights shown to us or there can be a revelation!! Sorry for the Ramble post but maybe God will use this.... P.S. Read The Bible!

Of course, what I really appreciate about each individual of the "Skillet fam" is how different each are and how they compliment another in terms of teamwork. Jen, like John is multitalented to the max and it shows in terms of interviews, motivational bits and shines when they bring their own unique talent to the band. For me, I really appreciate being alive during the same time as these folks. Thanks Unveil (and Jen Ledger) for this.

So many of us elders fear we are leaving a terrible mess to you and your loved ones but through Skillet and you personally we now can see the world is in good hands and we shouldn't listen to the junk that Main Stream Media peddles to everyone.
