😂 Why is wearing gloves, not a mandate when handling food? I get people wash their hands, but, unless they surgical scrub there’s a possibility of microorganisms between the nails and the hair on these guy's hands. Anyways, who cares… I don't think I have ever eaten a sterilized doughnut.

I heard Japan blitzed its entire chicken population and facilities at some stage (effectively a reset) so salmonella was wiped out. Which is why eating it as a rare meat is not taboo. Germany has similar with its pork.
