Clumsy the Crow’s Friend on Tiktok

Emmy Award Winner
Hi, I'm Jaklyn, lots of people know me as Jakz, sometimes I’m referred to as Goth Snow White, probably due to my friendship with a crow named Clumsy. #ClumsyTheCrow
One of my greatest joys is helping others see the world around them from a new perspective, and remind people beauty persists in our world, even during the darkest of days.
In 2020 I created viral Toilet Paper Funerals (#RIPTP) that garnered millions of views. I'm an Emmy award winner, but not for the TP funerals.
With a following of over 60K on TikTok, I decided it's time to start sharing the beauty I find in the world here on TH-cam, too.
If you enjoy odd stories, gorgeous Pacific Northwest views, all spiced with a little bit of sarcasm, I hope you'll follow along. I have lots to share with you!

Clumsy The Crow Has Big News To Share!
My crow friend Clumsy and his mate Jumpy have incredible news to share! The crow babies are here!
There is nothing that brings me joy quite like the chaos of freshly fledged bany crows! This year Clumsy and Jumpy have four babies, which makes my heart so happy! They all appear healthy, active, and curious about the world around them. I hope to share many more updates about them in the days to come! 🖤

Anti-Social ADHD Antics On The Oregon Trail

I never thought I’d start a video with “dysentery & rattlesnake bites,” but it seems my adhd decided it needed to not only make an appearance, but run the show.😂 I’m still not completely sure how my time out at the beach turned into talking about being anti-social, then moved on to thinking about The Oregon Trail game from my childhood… Welcome to my brain!😆 #oregoncoast #nature #oregon #adhd #...
I’m Worried About My Coyote Friend And I Need Your Help
มุมมอง 39หลายเดือนก่อน
I’m concerned about the well-being of Ghost, my favorite coyote friend here on the Oregon coast, and I need your help. As concerned as I am for Ghost, I also hold these concerns for wildlife in general. Making Art With My Crow Friend Clumsy
มุมมอง 2572 หลายเดือนก่อน
My crow friend Clumsy decided to help out with an art project, and I am so happy with the results! Block carving & printing is something completely new to me, but thanks to a single video and my adhd, I decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did, it’s been a fun challenge! My favorite block I’ve carved so far is based off one of my photos, with him saying, “fuCAWf!” 😆 Should I make prints availab...
This Was Such An Incredible Wildlife Encounter!

I had an incredible wildlife encounter here on the Oregon Coast that I am so excited to share! I was fortunate to cross paths with one of the most photogenic coyotes I’ve ever seen and spend a little bit of time observing it. They always fascinate me, but I know not everyone shares my enthusiasm for them. That quickly became evident when I shared one photo of it. 🥺 Coyotes are often misundersto...

Omg was it I couldn’t go because they were sold out and I’m in Phoenix so I went to Ufest 2024
Sorry you weren’t able to make it to SNW, it was fantastic! That’s great you made it to Ufest though!
What a thoughtful project! I really appreciate what you share on here ❤ I would buy some Crow prints :)
Thank you so much! ☺️
Very cool.😊
Thank you! ☺️
Have you heard of Taylor Mitchell? She was a singer. You should read what happened to her.
One instance of an unfortunate death does not mean an entire species should be villainized and condemned.
@@iamjakz that's not what I am implying. I'm saying YOu need to be very careful with the wild animals you are admiring. I'd hate to see another person get jacked up by an animal they were trying to bond with. You ever see those people in Yellowstone and the bison attacks? Yikes. I'm a hunter. I hunt during season but out of season I am an avid outdoorsman when time permits. Please, I'm just trying to look out for your safety. Carry a gun, a big stick, a spear, big knife or have a brave and dangerous friend with you when you are out enjoying the outdoors and potentially dangerous wildlife is around. Btw , there have been several coyote attacks on people including children. They all got lucky someone else was around to help out. That poor girl Taylor was alone.
@@chriss1151 thank you for the concern about my safety! I am an avid outdoors person who is highly aware of her surroundings, always. I firmly believe in giving animals space, and keeping their safety (& my own) as a priority. I’m not one to take risks, and my photos are taken with a telephoto, so the distance is quite great between me and the subject. As for protection, I always carry a bad attitude in my pocket ready to go, along with no less than three other means of protection, which I will not disclose here. Thank you again for speaking up about safety concerns, I know many are not nearly as vigilant as I am and need these reminders.
Fuck Trophy Hunters!!!!
I wholeheartedly agree. All the creatures on this planet have a purpose and are needed. To think differently about all our creatures is ignorant and detrimental to all life on this planet.
We are absolutely on the same page!💖
A coyote got my cat last year, but you can’t blame the coyote for being a coyote. I just know to keep my cats inside now. Live on coyotes❤
I’m sorry you lost your cat to one. Thank you for being understanding of them despite that!
Nothing weird about it. It establishes mutual respect and affection, and if you don't know that animals can sense feeling, then you've never interacted with them.
So true, it does establish a connection!
Beautiful and excellent work!
Thank you! 💖
What a stunning pup! Love coyotes
She really is gorgeous!
When visiting Yellowstone, many years ago, I got to see a coyote jumping among the sagebrush and grasses. It looked pretty happy.
That must have been such a fun sight to see!
@@iamjakz coyotes are pretty common where I live, in Idaho. I hear them often, but rarely see them.
That's cute one. Last winter 4 "coyotes" drove 3 deer to my dooryard. The deer came over to us for protection. The "coyotes" were huge, looked like wolves. Coy wolves.
That sounds like quite the experience you had!
Some people are afraid of things they don't understand, so they kill. This is not only commendable, it's truly amazing Jakz. 👍🏾❤👏🏿👏🏿🙂😘. Cheers for the post Jakz. 😘
@@benedictgarness5828 I think you’re exactly right about fear driving some people to make those choices, that and lack of a greater understanding. Thank you!
Nice Velella Velella Velella 😃👍
Thanks!
Absolutely gorgeous!!!
Thank you!
Wow, I can never find anything when I go hunting and look at you, your loaded! Do you go to places many others don't go to as much or are they just way abundant?
I hope you get to find lots some day! There are some beaches that tend to have more fossils than others, but I definitely try to go to areas where there are less people searching. Some days are far better than others, this one was a great day for finds!
@@iamjakz I really wish we had more public access sites, there are too few around me so the few we are able to go to, everyone goes to!!! Which makes it rare to be able to find neat things. We have a program around here for painted rocks that get placed and replaced around all the parks and recreational areas and I feel like I win the lottery if I manage to spot one of those!!!
Amazing 😮😁👌💯💛
Thank you!

Jelly fish…another sign of global warming.
Jellyfish often wash ashore during a certain time of year in certain parts of the east coast, and it’s a part of their life cycle. Global warmings got nothing to do with it.
Global warming is about as real as a unicorn is
@@ohyea2u climate change is real, and denying won’t help fix anything.
These are related to jellyfish, but not actual jellyfish. Their arrival on our beaches isn’t caused by climate change necessarily, although I have no doubts their existence is impacted by it overall.
Wow...I've never heard of them.... Nice factoid 😮😁👌💯💛
Thanks! Glad I could share about these interesting little creatures with you!

Do you think it's a water spout?!
I think it’s a water spout!!!!! 🤣🤣😂
Live in Nebraska for a year and this will seem like nothing. Calm down.
You might consider looking for a new hobby after you contemplate why you find it necessary to waste precious minutes of life to leave rude comments for strangers on the internet who are just out enjoying their own.
Water spouts can come ashore but they don't get far. They need water. Without water, they just collapse.
That's really odd, it looks like a river otter
It is! We don’t have sea otters here on the Oregon coast anymore.
Wow, that's really something Jakz. 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👍🏾😎🙂❤

@iamjakz Do you know the best spots on the central oregon coast to rock hound in early May?😁
@@lilramborambo4399 well, it’s hard to predict what the tides will do from day to day, but the stretch of coast between Florence and Newport has a ton of beaches that are great for finding rocks.
