Squat Tip: Hip Position When Unracking the Bar
Great video thank you
❤🔥…very helpful for some key reminders for my lifting! Saved for later!
I've done touch and go, and I've never bounced the bar, as you say it's a VERY light touch, and for me it feels great and I keep tension all the time.
Thanks man. I'll try it tomorrow.
Great one
Such a great explanation. Thanks.
This is what i always thought

Ive always been a light touch and go because i was taught that way. It keeps tension on the full body throughout the set.
i tried everything to engage chest properly, i found thinking about bringing my hands together (which of course can not actually move) and it engages my lats for stability too with the upper back

Thank you!! Just got my form perfect, been spreading my legs too far and feeling a lot of tension (the pulling kind, not the bad kind) from the opposite hip. That’s over with now and targeting the correct areas. Thank you!
Simple and easy. Thank you
Great video, I did that "bottom's up approach" and my main issue is that I never engage my hamstrings during the execution. I'll try the top down approach today, hopefully I'll get better at it. Thank you for the content!
I’m glad someone made a vid about this bc all I do is touch and go deadlifts because I feel like it keeps the most tension on my body and there’s less risk involved compared to resetting everytime
You just gained a subscriber. Good advice

Thank you!!!!
I really appreciate the detailed explanation of what to do & what not to do, but I do wish you had demonstrated a squat once in the correct position. Thank you! Now I’m going to search your other videos for that example.
thank,helpfull video
Thanks
Gonna use this👍
Bending the bar in a U shape has literally ALWAYS been a cue for people that have issues really feeling the chest. We know the main function of the pectorals is to bring the elbows together. The cue of bending the bar ie pushing the bar together literally just helps engage the chest more by isometrically contracting the chest throughout the movement. Dumbbbbbb
Thank you
yuh! forearm workout when?!?
Bro the way you show how to do proper deadlifts is amazing. Hope you can continue to give amazing advice
Looks like the dog is resting between sets.
Great advice!
Thank you, Mr. Tony!
Why across the bench (partially) and not just on the bench?
Thank you this really helped
Nice work, precisely the variant I was searching for!
i was def over correcting. small hands in proportion to my size to my wrists are always a bit flexed back but ultimatley the bar is still in line with my elbow so does that sound ok?
This is awesome. I've been not raising my over head press and even going back to lower weights because I have a sway back I'm always worried about leaning back too far, so this is a game changer for me.
I've always felt insecure about my form, even at light weight, because of the "pinch" recommendation. Thank you for clearing this up!!
Great tip! Well explained
Thank you!
Top tier video, amazing. Short, to the point, simple solution. Thank you very much!
thank you! this answered the exact questions I had
