Nice vido ❤
From where did you get this footage ?! I would like to see more for a better understanding ! Thanks

Really interesting in that he SHOWS that the grinding step is in fact a leg attack/sweep. You can see how much Shaio Jiao Baji has embedded in it.
High level skill. He is moving from the spine.
I thought years ago his useage was pretty good but later after seeing masters on the mainland he’s not even close
Awesome
bajiquan..? grato sp brasil
Chen taijiquan.
No taichi chuan, but he also teaches baji
porque do impacto pisao no chao.? grato no BRASIL SP...city CAMPINAS OK
The forward hand has a lot of power in this style. A left jab is very weak in comparison.
sifu hsu i think this can't be used in combat
Then it can't be used by you.
Keep in mind "when" the art was developed and the opponents it was developed for. Modern western boxing did not exist at that time and was not a concern. Take what you find useful and adopt it.
You are right.
I think how he demonstrates dealing with oncoming punches unrealistic however once he breaks into his opponents space there are some pretty slick techniques for pushing and disrupting balance. I think against a trained striker like a boxer this would get you knocked out but if somewhere to incorporate proper boxing defense I think this could be extremely useful when you are breaching space.
Possibly. I personally see the style as being most effective against wrestlers and other infighting systems. There really are no perfect styles, but the ability to adapt to less than ideal situations is what makes a master.
it depends on the fighter not the art
日本国内で徐大師の域までに達している人は皆無だと確信しています。
😂😂😂Por favor esto es totalmente ineficaz a la realidad
напоменает кашперовского. банок под монитор не поставлю. парожняк
Just to think great, great grandmaster Li Shuwen actually used these in his challenge matches.
Adam Hsu is a great example of traditional functional kung fu. Jason Tsou, one of his peers, is just as effective and teaches in the Los Angeles area.
He finishes most moves in a high horse but his style is brutal when the arms are diffused to the sides and the elbow is placed in the tan tien and finishes down through the opponents pelvis. Just imagine where the opponents intestines go.
it works. no denying that.
They just forget to zoom into the serious face after every demonstration.
