(Holy shit this looks so good, personally I would make the icon bigger and keep the icon and text together but this is amazing as is.)

The long awaited PC port of Fist of the North Star Lost Paradise and remastered in Dragon Engine! But in all seriousness it seems the reason for a no Xbox or PC port is due to licensing but its still listed on the PS Store. Usually a licensed game is delisted off the store from expiration just like with Jump Force but I guess Sega is somehow still has the license and maybe Sony has something to do with it? We'll never know. But I say Sony probably has control over it and keeping it on PS4/5.

Btw for your K3 mod, I have another two suggestions. Could you include the Lotus Flare Fist as well as maybe having the EX Heat aura being the aura from his boss in LaD?
