Hi, thanks for sharing, do we need to wear a snow chain to drive to Yong Pyong or Alpensia on second week of December? Thanks!
Thank you for watching the video. If there is a sudden heavy snowfall, you will need snow chains, but in general, you can drive without them. The video you just watched was on a snowy day in January, but I drove without snow chains. In Korea, snow removal work tends to be done quickly.
