What tree shear is that? I'll be looking for one for my l4060. Does it work faster on your skid steer? All the shears I've found seem to need more hydraulic flow than the grand l provides.

Looks like a great tractor. Did you move the hydraulic hoses inside of the loader boom? The grand Ls I have seen all have the hoses sticking out a bit outside the loader boom as it comes out of the manifold under the cab.

I’ll bet if you can find a Dept of Defense or Air Force surplus or auction site you may be able to secure both windshields and maybe even a passenger seat. If it’s like most 60’s era trucks produced by both G M and Ford a tilt forward 2 person bench type seat may be what’s supposed to be in it My dad had a 62 Ford F-600 coal truck that had a full bench seat whose backrest tilted forward to access the fuel tank components Hood luck

These things are all over Facebook marketplace and local auctions for under $7K brand new. I'd never attempt to import one myself. Too much to go wrong and big fines if you screw up your paperwork etc. I'll let the dealers worry about all that.

on my l3560 I shut the engine off but turn the key back on, then operate the 3rd function back and forth to relieve the pressure at the remotes.

You need to shut the tractor off. Let hydraulic pressure drop then you can plug it right in

I have big Cat excavators and all other types of heavy equipment. But this little unit may have its intended purpose. The DIY backyard guy. Ditches. Little pads. Tree cutting. Plumbers would love it. Off the shelf parts. Gas engine. Just go to a machine shop for little repairs. It's a platform machine for any kind of modifications. I'm north of Atlanta. Do you have an recommendations on how to buy one of these? To do it right and save money? Where was this import facility? Thanks for this video.

I looked into importing a Chinese machine. I ended up importing a used Japanese machine, Much better quality. The thumb on mine at least lays all the way back against the stick. Don’t get me wrong I have had a few little issues. But I can get parts and have parts made way easier.

I have no idea how much this is, but man .. and I thought my kubotas are garbage... than I wouldn't have words for this one. I paid 33 out the door for 1.7 ton kubota with thumb, blade, retractable tracks (39-49 inches), 2 buckets and no other attachments...I'm not very happy with it but it works like mercedes compared to this. This thumb is on the way of everything! It needs to go up parallel to the cylinder! Freaking chinese! Can't make anything! Pretty sure it's under $10k though.

Their necks are surprisingly long, but they can't reach you if you grab their shell in the middle. don't grab too far back, or they will kick your hands off. do you have a set of ATV tires on that beast yet? (The truck, not the turtle.... ;-)

Do you always start that thing at a higher idle? Should leave it idle down when starting.. give it time to build oil pressure.. 15 above is not cold.. it will start just fine no need to throttle it up at start

15 degrees is what I don't call a cold start...-15 yeah.... And if you run it at least 21 2200 RPMs won't regen so often... Diesels are designed to run at higher RPMs

Don’t know why you think it’s difficult to run I have put thousands of hours on ours dad bought it new in 76 it’s old slow but gets the job done and I have run several other Skidloaders and there are things I can do with my old girl you can’t do on the new ones and they did come with a seatbelt

First oil service is at 50 hours... Oil and all three filters.... Then 200 on the motor oil filter and hydrostatic filter.... And when you hit 400 hours... You do motor oil filter hydrostatic filter hydraulic filter. and hydraulic fluid... Just remember every 200 on motor oil and filters... Every 400 on hydraulic fluid... Did you not get a book with the tractor?? I recommend you get one if not

If you were to shut the tractor off cycle your third function the quick couplers pop right off easier

The tire is a R4 industrial... Much tougher tire than a turf or egg
