Son the caps etc in all your car modules ecms etc will eventually get hot and dry out the material or swell them and u have a dead engine

It could be a relay or low voltage to tcm or pcm also clean the grounds carefull with pcm and voltage

Hope you changed the whole charge wire I had same issue amongst others but it melted other wires through the wire harness

I have a 09 Camry and didn't have this problem until after I went to jiffy lube for a oil change. I would always tell the red necks working there NOT to check mu cabin filter before hand because I did that myself. (In the past at a different location someone tore up the foam liner installing one and that created a bypass for debris, pollen, pollution and I got a sinus infection.) Well some moron decided to "check" it anyway and I'm guessing they unplugged the drain and I've gone months not realizing my carpet was wet and didn't notice any strange smell because I use car freshener sent bombs. I've always let them vac my work car when I get the oil changed. My wife dropped some food one day and when took out the mat I saw mold and wet carpet.🤬!
