Greetings, Gamer2020! See, I´m studying Game Development on my own. However, my Computer Science knowledge ends at knowing what a circuit board is as well as counting in Binary and Hex, I'm afraid. My goal has always been to know how games that I grew up with were made. That includes the Pokémon GameBoy Advance games too. I figured that I should mess with a Pokémon Ruby ROM that I downloaded recently. My issue is that I have no idea where I can find the scripts in addition to the Assembly code that the Game Freak developers wrote back then. I only have a Mac computer to boot. Furthermore, I have a general programming question. How can a little piece of data from those ROMS equate to some visuals in the game. By data I mean that some Hex values for instance can make up a sprite. Hehe... I came here via your cool website, by the way.

Hi! My title screen is a simple recolor of the original, but for some reason, the glowing patterns on Rayquaza's back have disappeared. Literally the only thing I've done is recolor the original title screen, and made a new palette. Same .bin file as the OG and everything. Everything works perfectly as intended, except for the glowy bits. Any idea what could be causing this?

I know this video is about a year old, but part of it could be the vinyl you're using. I used vivvid for the first time trying to do a chrome delete on my car and the vinyl was too thick for the details to properly set. I would suggest buying samples of Rvinyl, 3M or Avery Dennison. I'll be testing Rvinyl on my emblems this week and can update you on the difference.

How do u get your PC box to highlight like that when doing advanced search shiny. My PC box doesn’t highlight even tho I have shinies in the box. It just shows a green box.

funny enough someone is now selling Pokemon games that use a GBA RTC Flash Cart chip just like this, it on a site (wont say which) its $50 and compared to price of real Pokemon Emerald which as of right now goes for $200 or higher ill stick with the counterfeiters

you should check the mcdonalds pokemon toys , i think 3 sets of 12 pokemons there are even shiny magikarp. their quality is very good and they dont take much space - should be great addition to your room.
