Wenger Manufacturing, Inc. is an innovative leader in extrusion processing, serving producers of ready-to-eat cereals, pastas, snack foods, breadings, industrial starch products and meat extenders, as well as pet food, aquatic feeds, and specialty feed products. Systems range from laboratory and research size, up to production applications with capacities as high as 22 tons/hour. In addition to 14 sizes of extruders - single and twin screw - the company offers top performing horizontal dryers and toasting ovens, enrobing equipment, and automated control packages.
A Wenger hallmark is their 2500 sq. meter Technical Center, a food grade complex available for clients’ research and development, as well as for Wenger’s own R&D and equipment refinement program. Technical support also is a notable strength outside of the center, with pre- and post-installation engineering assistance, operator training and on-site attention to quality control and operational needs.

The Wenger Technical Center is an 50,000 ft2 agri-food laboratory with production scale extrusion, drying, milling, and coating systems for testing product ideas and production techniques. Wenger process experts are the best in the world and can assist customers in developing a wide range of extruded products including foods, snacks, cereals, pet foods and treats, and aquatic feed.
