👩🍳🍽️ - Recipe: Heat the ghee/oil: In a pan, heat the ghee or olive oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add the spices: Stir in the grated ginger, turmeric powder, and black pepper. Let them sauté for a few seconds to release their flavor. Sauté the vegetables: Add the finely chopped carrots , Beans, Bell peppers, Tomato to the pan. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until they soften slightly. These vegetables are light and easy to digest, making them suitable for both Kapha and Pitta. Cook the oats: Add the oats and stir them with the vegetables and spices for a minute to toast them lightly. Add water: Pour in the water. Bring to a gentle boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer. Stir occasionally for 5-7 minutes, or until the oats are cooked and have absorbed the liquid. Season: Add salt to taste and stir in the fresh coriander leaves. Finish with lemon juice: Turn off the heat and squeeze a little lemon juice to add a tangy flavor, which helps balance Kapha and refreshes the palate. Optional toppings: Sprinkle some roasted pumpkin or sunflower seeds on top for added texture and to make the dish more satisfying without being heavy. #breakfastrecipe #masalaoats #ayurvediccooking #ayurvediclifestyle #kaphadosha #pittadosha

It completely depends on person and their prakruti. If you are someone who digests food easily and feel hungry often, you may feel like having food as you wake up after a long fast. You can break your fast by having something which is light on the stomach as your digestive agni is weak in the early hours 🕰️But there is no compulsion that one has to have. I have seen people eating cereals 🥣 and 🌽 cornflakes just because they think they should have something and that is doing worse than good. Whatever has been working for you since you were a child is what you can rely on. So just for your knowledge#Ayurveda suggests to have early lunch ☀️ between 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM and early dinners 🌅 between 5:00 PM - 7:00 PMYou can eat fruits in between when you feel hungry and can have night caps before bed.🛌 #breakfastideas #yoga #weightloss #mealtimes #explorepage Do you have breakfast?
