Hate to say this but there is no such car as a Rolls Royce Silver Shadow 1, it's a Rolls Royce Silver Shadow - period. The subsequent car is the Rolls Royce Silver Shadow 11 as this car was not envisaged or thought of commercially until around 19176 or so. Still, even with the air scoop under the front bumper bar, it IS still a beautiful car (but it's better without it, though). MANY thanks for sharing, all the very best and take care.

Had a navy one about 15 years ago. The road tax used to be €1806 per annum, so "vintage tax" is definitely a plus.. BUT.. You'd need shares in Circle K to run it, because when you put the shoe in you can actually see the petrol needle drop like the Hindenberg. Now onto the Fun fact.. If the "timing is done correctly" you can actually balance an old 50p coin on its side at the top of the engine whilst its ticking over. BMW did this in the advert for UK Sales back in the day. Very popular car in the USA also. Yes the V12 is as smooth as a good pint of Guinness.. Plus they're about 300bhp (450Nm), so you're basically in Subaru STI Country as far as power goes, plus you'd need to be a "very seasoned driver" to jump behind the wheel of one of these because all that power goes straight to the back wheels. My honest opinion to the "budding vintage car investor".. BUY IT.. It will only QUADRUPLE IN VALUE as it's now a collectors piece.. AND those Deep Dish BBS "Lattice Split-Rims" are worth around €4,500 on their own now, and I don't even think they can be got anymore, so yeah, a good investment for somebody who likes their Barvarian Bruisers.. Expect an asking price north of €25,000 or thereabouts.. But that's only my personal opinion. "You're Welcome !!" 🙏
