That utensil is called a SERVING FORK MADE TO STIR IN DEEP POTS . THERE IS ALSO A SPOON ON A LONG STICK , IT IS CALLED A SERVING SPOON . IT IS MADE TO STIR IN DEEP POTS . THERE ARE LADELS THAT SOUP SPOONS WITH A LONG HANDEL . OR A SOUP SPOON ON A STICK . THEY CAN BE MADE OF WOOD OR STAINLESS STEEL . ASK YOUR MOM ABOUT SERVING SPOONS AND FORKS . GOD BLESS EVERYONE 😊

I am curious about her back problems. Is she experiencing muscle spasm, overactive nerves, weak glutes or disc issues ? Extension exercises, lower back exercises and stretches , core strengthening exercises, will help. I also wonder if it’s sciatica!

I used to have a bad back ache that used to radiate down my hip,I was given pain killers but nothing worked.when I started using a duster to mop the flow, like unainama ukipanguza nyuma daily, after a few weeks,the back ache disappeared completely,it's been 3yrs now, with no backaches
