      in carnot cycle, there is no other manual work done to increase gas pressure, high temperature will increase the gas pressure. heat is conducted perfectly to gas without loss, due to that heat gas gets pressurized, which in turn will move the pistion.

      Observer position is the key; see where the observer is standing. The observer's position is fixed. So Planes are rotated so that observer can view both the front and top views. That’s why planes are rotated clockwise. If you want to rotate the planes anti-clockwise, the observer should change his position. I hope this is clear for you.
