Is trading allowed with a colony tile without having a colony (cube) there?

I am now ONE step closer to playing this game. BUT after watching a couple of explanatory videos I still haven’t gotten an answer the question that got me and my wife in to our furst argument about the rules: When choosing 1 or to actions, can you choose to do a certain action twice? Let’s say playing a card from your hand two times or any of the other actions?

Very clever and fun 2 player game for families

There are 2 things i found confusing about global event cards: one is that it doesn't say that the global events apply to all players (which you clarify in this video), the second is that the effects on the cards are often unclear, which is unusual for TM, e.g. the Moral movement - strong society card in this video - does it give 2 megacoins for each city tile on the board in total (as implied by the text) or 2 megacoins for each city tile the player owns (as implied by the example in the rulebook, "Stanley has 7 cities"). Hope you will clear this up

You know I often see this one on the bottom of the order of "best expansions for TM" but honestly it is my favorite after the necessity that is prelude.

Liked mostly cuz i was 777th xD BTW how longer the game is with Turmoil on top of Venus and Helas and Prelude? I am not sure if i want to buy Turmoil and/or Colonies too cuz i think at least one of those could make the game too long or annoying. Right now with above said expansions me and 3 friends finish the game in 2 hours and a half which is good to play 2 games in a row.

At what point do you reveal the colony tiles? Before you've looked at your cards, or after you've picked your corporation and cards? I love this expansion. Every new addition makes the game that much better.

Can cards like Ants take microbes from the neutral player's 'imaginary' cards? The rules say 'You have a neutral opponent that you can steal from, or reduce any kind of resources and production from.' So does this include resources that would be on cards?

AI've watched this multiple times but dont understand the Income. What effect do the numbers below blank squares mean? All colony tiles have 7 squares with various numbers below them but only the left three 3 squares have Icons in them. So, in your IO example, I understand player would get 2, 3 or 4 Heat Production for the first 3 steps but... what about the numbers 6, 8, 10 and 12 which have no Heat Production Icon in their squares?? e.g. if a player was able to place his cube in the extreme right, would he get 13 Heat Production? As a Solo player I Liked the base game so much I bought nearly all the expansions. Thanks in advance if you can clarify this for me.
