I was so disappointed when I heard 1-bedroom apartment. For $2500? Come on! You can get a full house with your own compound and even a swimming pool with that money in Adjiringanor, East Legon. Next time do your research. Not tryna ruin anybody's business but this just causes unnecessary gentrification when Landlord's know people are willing to pay this much for their properties

So,@Lizzy, everything about this apartments, from location to the surroundings to the deco is amazing! But the price? I think it's too exorbitant! What? W..t..f..., Accra is becoming something else. This is why now Amsterdam, Spain and others are calling for less tourism. Price hikes, overcrowding and less accommodations for them folks.

You guys are the reason why prices are getting high in Ghana what the hell you gone pay $2500 for a $600 apartment!
