This is all fine. As a Nexon Prime owner and a customer of SGA it is very important for your group to support service of EVs in time. Even for an initial checkup your service team takes longer time of at least four days. It is also important that you acquire and install fast charger at your show room and workshops. Also the delta DC chargers that TATA has tie up is really useless and pathetic at many TATA show rooms. Where as the Zeon networks are the best but unfortunately TATA doesn’t have tie up with such good service providers. So please address these practical problems and then these rallies will have a real meaning. Sorry for being critical but it is my experience I am sharing. I hope SGA will certainly respond to my concerns.
