Good morning Martins get rid of that devil you call ur boss she shot first but I shot last and no I'm not threatening to shoot that winch I'm just being hypothetical
U know what really pissed me off about this place was it didn't matter how hard i worked or how much production I did the queen bee got pissed because I didn't use her method i could do 100 boxes an hour not good enough do 50 my way or not good enough
Just so u know ur mom started this shit when people from surge slash iforce showed up one day and we were told that we weren't needed anymore but got not one explanation why we was let go
Ur mom lives of the limp bizkit song my way or the highway this is why u will never have full time employees keep posting videos ps ur dad was actually nice js
Don't accept Defects Don't create Defects Don't pass on Defects Another thing in work, is that we don't leave time to reset for the next "mission" like an air force jet whose mission is not over till all issues are remedied and it is refuelled and ready to go for the next mission.
I haven't tried any of the DIY solutions for Fly Traps but I have tried some for GNATs and it was pretty much the same thing...leave any cup out that has a sugary liquid in it; the Gnats will be attracted to it, drink (or whatever) and not be able to leave. Pretty much any sugary substance worked for Gnats...sugary coffee, orange juice, etc...they didn't discriminate...equal opportunity all the way. What about a little bit of honey?
ATM's in the Tulsa area made that change earlier this year... Someone has been thinking! Motto: If a process hasn't changed in a while...there's probably a load of waste currently involved with that process.
Fingers crossed that you don't have a NumbNut that can't figure out why the truck is blocking access and simply goes around...ruining the new blacktop. Smart improvement...didn't cost a penny.
Potential process improvement suggestions: How about placing a small box on the deck between the feet, perhaps secured with some hook & loop tape? You can probably use hook & loop tape to secure that pole grabber to the left / right side of the mower...?? Simple but seemingly effective. Video response if it works out?
Robert we do not have a line. I think it may be how they come off the truck, 10-12 in each stack, but I will check with them. The line is a great idea.
That is what we did at work. The hesitation to do so at home was space. The cover is removed and set aside without much place for a label in side at first glance. I will look again in 90- days and see if I missed something. Edit, re-watching the video, i see without two free hands I didn't place the cover far out of the way. The label idea or even a simple arrow would work.
That counter-clockwise turning that was being performed at the very end.... That HAS to be done ONE at a time for each of those blocks or IS being done one at a time (by choice)? What about all 8 of those on each block turned simultaneously as a starter improvement... and at dozens of blocks, that'll save a ton of waste. Perhaps even find a way to do ALL of the blocks at simultaneously. Keep the videos coming.
Big sign in the window ur the next jeff bezos
No one watches ur video's and they despise ur mom u need a new career path js
Ur mom is the definition of waste
Goodmorning Martins get ur work done before the ice queen comes around to spite you
Poor that on ur mom goo gone ur mom she's like herpies u can suppress her but she will advantagelly come back

Oh great let's get to small details like ur mom turning ur dads company into a revolving door employee in employee out
That's great but can u drive That truck through ur spiteful mom's head so mabey she has a clue how to treat her employees? Js
That's literally how long it takes for ur mom to get rid of a hard working employee
That's the problem the owners wife ain't getting her package properly thats why she's angry
Shove that up the owners wife butt and clean out the hate
Good morning Martins get rid of that devil you call ur boss she shot first but I shot last and no I'm not threatening to shoot that winch I'm just being hypothetical

U know what really pissed me off about this place was it didn't matter how hard i worked or how much production I did the queen bee got pissed because I didn't use her method i could do 100 boxes an hour not good enough do 50 my way or not good enough
What's the turnover rate at ur company?I bet it's through the roof
Wow thats clever a pen holder that his mom can stick in ur neck if u don't do as she commands
And I see that u took down all the other videos I commented on 2
Keep putting out these videos i will cut them down everytime ur mom is a ruthless woman that only cares about her self
Just so u know ur mom started this shit when people from surge slash iforce showed up one day and we were told that we weren't needed anymore but got not one explanation why we was let go
The problem is ur mom is depressed so she takes it on her employees
Ur mom lives of the limp bizkit song my way or the highway this is why u will never have full time employees keep posting videos ps ur dad was actually nice js
Step one drop ur mom because she hates everyone that doesn't do her bidding yes I'm 100% a disgruntled employee but I'm not the only one
1) Silicone Caulking 2) Heat shrink tubing - not sure if you can buy it in that size, though
Isn't that like having a vehicle that doesn't reverse or a computer that won't allow anything to be deleted? Ha!
Too simple, Two dollars and Two minutes! Is that rust underneath a concern? Just curious.

*Nice!*

Will honey atract a crazy pyhsco white woman who treats her employees like another person on her list?
*I adjusted the door closers at work a week or so ago...what a difference!*

That green bucket looks better there...I hope it works out better as well
Cool. I'm glad that it worked out. Interstate process engineering collaboration.

Robert, not sure how to do a video response anymore, but here is a link. Already have some other ideas th-cam.com/video/YUGmi30m4Mk/w-d-xo.html
Nice!
Do the spill proof drinking containers have to be proven 'before' they are allowed beyond that point or 'after" a container drops beyond that point?
We have not had them have to be proven at any point. Most of the team have been very good about self testing once the sign was posted.
Use a ruler / yardstick since they are most likely of uniform height? Dedicated measuring sticks (with predetermined numbers) for each type/height?
Another great idea!
Do you all have a line on the wall showing the height of 20-25 pallets as a standard reference or do they have to count?
Robert we do not have a line. I think it may be how they come off the truck, 10-12 in each stack, but I will check with them. The line is a great idea.
Potential process improvement suggestion: That "SHORT SIDE" needs to be written in a REALLY bright color. Good idea...no more guessing or re-do.
There are 2 TULSA's?? Ha. It'll drive a person insane if he doesn't learn to laugh at the waste that surrounds him.
Process improvement suggestion: What about writing some basic instructions on the inside of the cover/housing...like the direction of air flow?
That is what we did at work. The hesitation to do so at home was space. The cover is removed and set aside without much place for a label in side at first glance. Exactly... Any scribbling? START OVER! No miscommunication, no mistakes, no errors, no defects, no re-do.
Seems like you need some labels, too
That is a great idea. Someone did that here in the last year. The cart needs reworked again as the process is still to complicated.

Each block needs to be done one at a time to get proper torque. If you do not tighten them in the right order the inserts can move.
Good job. I bet it helped the forklift driver, too.
Found the update; good job. Any estimates on how much time it saved you guys?
I am not sure it was measured before. Just looking for the tools alone saved us a headache.
