Check wifi with some other device if the Internet works do a new Internet connection in PS4

If you go on PS4 to settings - network - settings - setup internet connection

I can tell how I have everything set up. PS5 is connected to a router by wire. In PS5 settings go to Network and do an Internet check, should be green and with speed data. This means that you have Internet. Then download the game and login in to the game. You should have an Activision account.

I'm using LAN it's better.

As an option try the TH-cam search for connecting PS4 to the Internet. There will be a much better explanation and step-by-step guide. :)

Yes. ATT internet, fast router and wired connection to PS5 and sometimes I’m getting 3 milliseconds usually around 12 😎👍

Why not? Some people like it. Besides random teammates do not always help each other. I'm trying to support my team even if it's random.
