Javier Galiano, MOEBB, o también conocido como Ruy López, es un melómano, amante de la música de cualquier tiempo y forma, e incansable explorador de nuevas expresiones sonoras. Tras una carrera de más de veinticinco años de profesión, tras haber trabajado dentro y fuera de nuestras fronteras, llevar su sonido a la isla donde se consagran los talentos, y llevar su forma de entender la música a través de todo el mundo a través de sus radioshows, actualmente se encuentra inmerso en proyectos de creación y divulgación musical.
