@@suigetsuh17 You have to cast brands manually, but they last for a duration and automatically attach to nearby enemies for as long as they last so you can usually just click once on a pack of mobs and they will all die. This build was probably around 150-200 hours of gameplay to reach as an experienced player. Definitely attainable during a league. However, be aware that while all the interactions still work, Penance Brand as a skill has been nerfed significantly since this video was made and you can expect around 25% of the shown damage with similar gear levels.

True that it's not as good as it could be, but I have over 40% phys added as ele from TWWT, Herald of Ash, and Taste of Hate so there's still a bunch of scaling.

the dps added doesnt matter, its the clear speed with density that the explode adds is a massive qol for penance brand lol, mapping without any explode at all is just not what pb does well so making it not suck is big @@somethingnew5105

@@somethingnew5105 you forgetting that its a damage based on percentage of killed monster's life. 13k hit in pob is meaningless, it counts monsters as having about 16k life, and that is very far from values you'll encounter on even magic monsters, not to mention rares and their modifiers. What you can figure out from pob is that against monster with 16k life the explode deals 13k hit even with 1/3 of its damage being physical and therefore heavily mitigated at such low value, so in reality explodes should reach over a 100% of killed monster life and be pretty effective.

if you havent already bind jump to scroll wheel under the mouse tab so you can easily coyote jump (coyote jumps are when you jump from an invisible platform that stays there about 0.3s after you begin walking off a ledge) then when you do that scroll your mouse to jump from that first platform super late, then shoot the barrel a little bit later than you think (its a feeling thing tbh i wait for my crosshair to line up with the bottom rivets of the barrels).
