Please help stop the worldwide rapid extinction of all living nature. Habitats are being destroyed and all living organisms, plants, trees, wildlife are disappearing. Human activities are causing extinctions and are responsible to help stop them.

reduce use of plastics
use bird/eco friendly coffee

from PETA-outdoor cats are deadly to smaller wildlife & cats outside face danger from cars, disease, poison & cruelty outside.

Второй день дыхательной практики. Делаю два раза утром и вечером. Покалывает не то, чтобы пальцы рук и ног. Колет шея сзади, виски, щеки, грудь и живот. Уже без проблем задерживаю дыхание на две минуты в четвёртом раунде. Ухожу в себя. Горд за себя. Уверен, что через пару месяцев ежедневных практик стану другим человеком. Есть цель - не вижу препятствий, ведь я самый сильный человек!
