If the game developer tried to make this game realistic as possible it'll be a very hard game to play

OMG! You're killing me! Perhaps I can help... when looting your body, don't stand up in plain sight with your back to the last place you heard gunfire! When looting your body, use ctrl-click on all the things instead of dragging... much faster. I had a conniption thinking you were going to get domed while looting. And finally, don't stand up in an open area that hasn't been 100% pacified and apply bandages! Man, I thought I was going to have a heart attack! Good video though... the starter town is really dangerous. I've been capped egregiously there quite a bit lately. It scares me more than Tiger Bay these days.
