Hello did you have to cut any holes for ventilation? I have a single 36 volt 100ah lifepo4 battery and just idea seems like a perfect solution
@@mrlaleezy so I reached out to battle born and due the lithium iron phosphate battery there is no offgassing. No need to vent. Would reach out to your battery company to confirm that though. No issues yet and been using for 3 plus years.
@@xcaliburfishing9306 Thanks,I'm probably gonna use the packing foam to fill in some of the box after I strap the battery down
where did you get the wreck anchor?
maybe this is why i only got 1 fish while off shore fishing
My earlier comment, so sorry, I spoke too soon. Fifty miles out, of course it failed again. I finally waved the white flag and replaced it with a Minn Kota.
Rhodan is absolutely trash and the company just sucks
Any recommendation for a charter? We are 4 friends from Maryland and would like to catch king fish.
playing hooky charters out of rudee inlet...
Net is a lil big lmao
Really cool video bud. Love tog fishing. Nice fish boys. I just subscribed to your channel. Tight lines
Good job releasing that big boy...
Nice video. Recommend not using background music. Really tough to hear what you're saying. Also what kind of mounting plate/ device did you use to mount the rodan?
background music get to be a bit to much.
I couldn't agree more, actually turned it off, too annoying
Lame.
And you wonder why you don't have any comments
You have to fish on the boat and you won't even show the people
Beautiful work!
🎉❤Hi Jennifer I had to tell you that their isn't going to be a connection or a reconciliation , only because I know that for sure and it might help US 🎉🎉❤❤
Nice video just lose the music.
Cool 😎
So cool that’s amazing
Lame
Are we supposed to be impressed?
Thx for the video. Just trying to learn, I have a 21 cc thinking of similar setup.why did u go with 3 50 amps instead of just one 100 amp or one 135 amp?
Thank you for watching! I am assuming you are asking about why three 12 volt batteries vs one 36 volt battery? There were a couple reasons. At the time there were not many marine grade 36 volt charger and battery manufactures in the market space that I felt had the technology vetted. You very well could have a single 36 volt LiFePo 4 batteries but recommend you do your homework on the product prior to installation.
Ty for the reply. I really like your setup, I just need to decide wether to copy your idea or just mount the batteries in the cc.
Patiently waiting
Does the motor keep the rear end from shifting from left to right?
Since this motor is mounted on the bow, typically where I am fishing the current and wind will dictate where the stern ends up. With wind and tide in the same direction the stern stays mostly in place. In other conditions it can wander like anchoring. The big difference is the swing will be significantly less.
Nice job, dood!
That is definitely too much water for me
How high of the waterline is the bow of your boat? Trying to decide what shaft length I need.
I am about 3' to the static water line from the top deck where I have her mounted. 72" is needed in my application due to operation in a seaway.
@@xcaliburfishing9306 thanks! I'm @ 36" as well debating of getting the 84".
What's the crack
The sad thing is they enjoying killing animals.

Kills what?
All that crack
حظ سعيد
As 35 year captain and deck mate before I never reach unless fish pulled. Water is heavy and you must pull fish through. Too much force on you and fish.
U think it would be a bad idea if I took my 19ft ski boat out to try and catch sum cobia? And u think this Saturday will be rough? Great video, I'm trying to get into cobia fishing so any help would be appreciated!
Thank you for watching. On the right day with a mechanically sound craft, you can go but I warn the weather/water can change quickly. Unsure of where you are located, but I would go and chum with live or dead bait. Look for areas near structure or channels to anchor up close too.
@@xcaliburfishing9306 i chum sometimes but it's boring af, so trying to sightfish, says it's supposed to be 1-2ft every 3 seconds with chop, is that rough?

Tarpon?
Redfish or red drum depending on where you fish
Nice

What did you use for cutting out space on case for attaching the female end of plug? I’m about to start on mine and thinking an oscillating tool might be my best bet
Thanks for watching! If using the same plug as might I actually used a hole saw and completed two cuts, due to the rounded edges in the diameter required. Once those were completed I used the oscillating tool to connect the two holes drilled in the box. Sanded the edges with 60 grit sand paper to remove any excess and did a test fit. Be careful not to go to fast with the oscillating tool as you can burn/melt the plastic.
@@xcaliburfishing9306 I appreciate the video. Thanks for heads up!
New sub! Liked.
