Shooting Workout splits once in 3 days, consuming 👑 size pineapple wala glass 2 days in a week. The point to represent juices is mere to embrace the value of fresh fruit juices in day to day lyf.. 😊
Bhaiya fruit juices be it natural but yeah it may spike blood sugar levels, increase total calories consumed in the day, contribute to weight gain so try to limit it. Ahhh maybe once in a week but yeah fruit juices are not healthy as they contain sugar content. Instead try eating normal fruits for fibers and full micros. Hope this helps. Love your vlogs ❤
