There's nothing "complicated for people not in the end game". Just stop trying to play a build where you spam frostbolts and trying to freeze mobs you've already just frozen. CoF works amazing still, nothing is gone about cold, there is plenty of damage. Frost Bomb + Frostwall are amazing abilities - use them in conjunction.

To enable swap: You can buy jewels that grants you more energy, swap out comet for something like cold snap (it requires 4 times less to trigger, does much less damage but works). Also utilize frostwall much more, it does insane damage. I went with a fireball build converting all fire damage to cold (unique gloves only 1 exalt), i put down frost wall->fireball and one shot everything in red maps. Doing this will enable you to later swap to something like spark etc, but i liked the fireball version a lot and just kept playing it.

Make sure to make it so you can cast your skill without moving. Do this by clicking on the skill and checking the little box at the top. Make your left click to move around only. Never use the basic skill.

I made 10k each day with Elementium Bars and Hardened Elementium, dunno about Cloth doe. Respawn times are insane in Uldum.

I farmed this for like 15ish mins, got 100 cloth, and all the stacks sold instantly for 548 gold lol. They're almost 5g on a unit on my server. I'm a DK too without tailoring, so it's prob way better with that tailoring perk and a better AoE class. Thanks!

Just know this is only server dependent, I'm on gehennas and a stack of frostweave go for as much as 1 Volatile Air

As a feral main, I see a few issues with this build. Currently Im considering a 11/17/3 build - but 11/15/5 could work too. I can't see myself ever using shred unless I get an OOC proc with how hard mangle hits, so the points you're putting in shred dont really make sense to me. It's entirely possible in the 11/17/3 build to have blood frenzy, ooc, and a 60% chance to powershift. Still need to see the runes when they drop, but definitely dont go below blood frenzy in the feral tree unless you're going all the way to leader of the pack.
