The lack of testing in this game is scary.

Still hoping that someone replaces the skill roll animation with the crouch roll. Heck, a whole reanimation mod like in ME1 would be great as well.

In the first game the coil jump felt absolutely necessary in some places. I barely used it in Catalyst, and I three starred all the dashes. Catalyst felt much more forgiving, and I'm glad for that. Some of those time trials in the first game were torture.

I've played Mirror's Edge since I were a child/when it came out and I am just now trying my hand at speed running. The controls for Catalyst are so much smoother but they feel "heavier" to me if that makes me sense? Maybe it is the controllers vibrations but falling in the game is scary af! I have yet to start my speed running on this one but I appreciate videos like this so much! I play the first game as I did when I was young so I figured it was about time to step it up since I have my own gaming channel now🥰🥰 I will play Mirror's Edge until I can't anymore but Catalyst will take me some more time haha 🥲
