I got this chronic skin condition after my covid injection. Should I be worried?

alternate method if your scared of the hot needle hitting your tender nailbed... i just couldnt find a paperclip so thought of another method. --> 1. find the smallest drill bit possible. 2. get a pilot hole started with the drill but be careful only go deep enough so the bit wants to stay in that spot. 3. now use the drill bit by hand slowly twisting it back and fourth until you get through. worked for me and it could work for you too. thank me later.

Got distracted while closing the car door this morning. The day was painful and I was wondering how I would sleep as I avoid pain killers as much as possible. Ice all day, keep the hand elevated but this pain was so intense. Came to TH-cam and found this. Thank you, pain is 80% better. I can actually use my hand.

It works!!! Thank you doc! I watched a few more videos of other people trying this at home before attempting it myself. I slammed my thumb in the car door yesterday and the pain was excruciating. I followed this with a sewing needle and kitchen gas flame- actually my dad did it, I was trying but didn’t put enough pressure due to fear. It didn’t hurt but I felt it when the needle got through. Praise God, such a relief!

Thankyou, smashed my thumb with a log splitter, I got a needle bright red hot on the tip, tried pushing it in 2 times, but not hard enough, then a bit harder and blood came spurting out. Instant pain relief.

Oh my thank you for sharing this information, we just had a finger smashed by a hammer and several hours later, the pain was growing deeper. We tried with a small paperclip 2 times but it did not penetrate enough and we were being careful. Then tried an embroidery needle and lo and behold the blood came rushing out. Dr Jack, my gratitude. Just did this after smashing my thumb at work. Sooo painful. After a couple tries it worked. More blood than i expected but the pain is a lot more bareable. Gonna do it again in a few hours

My wife has the largest bulge I ever saw beneath her nail after our safe door slammed down on her finger. It was one week ago though. Pain is gone, but bulge is still there. Can we drain it still over a week after, or would the blood be all dry???

I smashed my finger at the car door very hard yesterday around 10am and my finger went purple completely and the pain was unbearable. I put on ice , drank 3 analgetics during the day but nothing helped and my finger was about to burst from the blood that was collected. From the pain I couldnt sleep, so around 2am in the morning I saw this video and tried it with a hot needle and the blood started to get out . I just wanted to write this because I’m very thankful to youu Doctor , you saved my thumb and I’m glad that people like you exists to help all around the world. Impossible to get paperclip red hot with lighter. Didn't work. Ugh

My husband got an infection from doing this. Just a warning to keep things sterile.
